Product Return Policy/cancellations
Every product we stock is backed by our long-standing and unconditional commitment to providing our customers with high-quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you received, simply send them back to us within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order and we will promptly refund the full value of the returned products or, if you so wish, credit the account you maintain in our store with the same amount. Please note that returned products must be in the condition you received them and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In the event that they are outside the European Union, they are also responsible for any customs clearance costs that may arise.
Custom orders of products which are not readily available in our warehouse and which are manufactured to our customers' requirements and instructions may not be returned, unless they are defective and do not conform to the agreed specifications and instructions.
For the above orders (custom orders) it is allowed to cancel them before they are created.
