In the "Notes" field, please enter the name, date, or text you would like to have engraved on the front. Example: I would like the text "……” engraved with the date 01-01-20.
If you wish to have your own design or logo engraved, you can upload it in the "Upload file" field. (Optional)

If we need any clarifications, the order management representative from Pick a Note will contact you to avoid any mistakes.
If you do not choose personalization, the notebook will be sent to you without any engraving.
